MSP Settings

Allows MSP administrators to customize the Site24x7 MSP portal experience and configure tenant-level preferences for branding and alert communication.

Using MSP Settings, you can personalize the interface shown to customers and manage how email alerts are delivered across your MSP accounts.

Customize Tab

You can customize the menu options displayed in the customer portal’s left navigation pane. This helps provide customers with a simplified and personalized monitoring experience based on their business requirements.

Customize Email Alerts

You can customize who receives administrative and licensing-related email notifications. Instead of relying on default recipients, you can route these emails to specific user groups.
