Bulk Actions for MSPs
What is Bulk Action?
The Bulk Action feature allows MSP admins to efficiently manage and update configuration profiles across multiple customer accounts at once. This feature simplifies administrative tasks by letting you modify several settings from a single interface, ensuring consistency and saving time.
MSPs can modify thresholds and other configurations for multiple customers or customer groups. All the actions will be reflected in the respective customer accounts. The Bulk Action feature will either append to, overwrite, or remove the customers' existing configurations. This is a permanent action, and changes cannot be undone once applied. This centralized approach is designed to streamline bulk updates, especially for MSPs managing large-scale environments with numerous customer accounts.

The Bulk Action feature includes the following categories:
- MSP Configuration Profiles
Under MSP Configuration Profiles, you can perform the following actions:

- Modify Threshold Profile: Apply changes to threshold settings for performance and availability alerts across customer monitors.
- Modify Location Profile: Update monitoring location settings used for synthetic monitoring.
- Modify Notification Profile: Change how and when alerts are sent to customers.
- Modify Business Hours: Adjust customer business hour configurations.
- Modify Email Template: Update the default email formats used in alert communications for customers.
