Having a change log is a huge need for Site24x7. Currently anyone with proper rights can go in and make changes to monitors and there is no way to track who did what changes; at least from my digging around there is no way to track.
Would be nice to have a Change Log that shows who changed a monitor, what they changed and when they changed it.

Hi Framirez,
We have "Audit Logs" under "Admin->Operations" tab which captures all the write operations performed in the account.
It provides the following details on an operation:
- Which API used
- Which resource is modified
- Who modified
- What action performed
- Parameters of the operation
Check and let us know for any clarifications.

This is awesome, I never clicked on that tab.. One thing tho...
It shows multiple entries for the same thing... Not sure if this is a bug or something on our end.

Hi framirez,
We have checked your account and found that there is no duplicate data stored in the database.
It could have been a problem with rendering the data while showing in the browser. Can you please check and let us know if you are still seeing the issue in your account.
If so please send us an email to support[at]site24x7[dot]com. We will have our development team look into the issue and fix it ASAP.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks
Vidyasagar

Not sure what happened that day however, there is no way to check older changes than current day.. When I search it only shows current day information.... Am I doing something wrong? I just grab a partial screenshot showing the results of my search for SSL

Hi framirez,

By default, you can view last one year audit logs. As of now we have data from January this year as we have released this feature in January. The page will keep loading additional data as you scroll down.
Even the search feature will search the data from the last one year(As of now from Jan 2017). You need to scroll down to see more data. Please get back to us in case you are facing issues checking the old data.
Please refer the sample screenshot shown below. We are able to see the data from Feb 13, but the current date is March 30.

Sorry to bring this item back to life. Is there a possibility to have a calendar added to the Audit Logs page, similar to what the Alert and Audit Logs have? This way we can set the date we want to search for rather than using a keyword and then having to scroll back through months of logs?
