Hi everyone,
You can now integrate Site24x7 with supported LLM vendors using Zoho Key Services (ZKS) and securely access AI capabilities without handling API key management directly.
With ZKS, Zoho securely manages the underlying API keys, enabling seamless connectivity with supported AI vendors and Zoho-hosted LLM models.
Supported vendors
- Zia
- OpenAI
Once the integration is configured, all supported vendors will be enabled by default.

Prerequisites
- For Zia integration using Zoho Key Services:
- You must have a Zoho account and agree to the terms and licensing for the keys.
- You must have an Enterprise account.
