Users not receiving alerts

I have added users to the alert groups and they are not getting the alerts.

Hi Jason,

 Please check if the added users have verified their accounts to be able to receive alerts. Else,

To keep receiving emails from us, please follow the below guidelines:

  • Whitelist our email sending domain mail.site24x7.com and following IPs, viz., and in the firewall policy of your organization mail server.
  • Add noreply@site24x7.com to your email address book.

 You can view the "User Access" status under Admin-->Users & Alert Management-->Users & Alerts against each users to crosscheck if they have verified.
