My company is evaluating Site24x7 Signals as a replacement for our existing customer-facing status page solution. One major feature we desire is the ability for our customers to subscribe to SMS notifications, both globally and at the component level. Is this available, or on the roadmap for the near future?

We will definitely have SMS notifications in our Signals (statuspages) product, including component level subscriptions and the ability to allow such a setting to your customers. Below is the admin screen for Alert modes where you can configure the option.
Our team is working on finalizing and testing the features.
