Site24x7 failed to issue a warning when the status of a monitored service was set to "starting."


We operate a server that runs a third-party program. Over the course of Sunday night into Monday, a service related to this third-party application was intentionally restarted.

However, on Monday morning, a customer reported an issue. Upon conducting a manual inspection of the server, we discovered that the aforementioned service was stuck in a "starting" state.

Could this be a problem with Site24x7? Alternatively, could someone please provide an explanation for this situation and advise us on any necessary steps to address it?
