[Service update] Planned maintenance of our US data center for 2025

Dear customers,

As part of the regular maintenance at our US data center, we'll be switching operations from our primary data center in Seattle to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Dallas on Nov. 23, 2025 from 4:30pm–8.30pm PST (12:30 am–4.30 am UTC/GMT). We'll switch back to our primary data center in Seattle on Dec. 7, 2025 from 4:30pm–8.30 pm PST (12:30am–4.30am UTC/GMT).
We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all Site24x7 services during this maintenance period. Once maintenance is complete, we will post an update here. In case you experience any issues, please feel free to email us at support@site24x7.com.
To ensure uninterrupted monitoring, please add the following IP ranges to your firewall policy allowlist:
  1. 136.143.178.0/23 (136.143.178.0 to 136.143.179.255)
  2. 136.143.180.0/23 (136.143.180.0 to 136.143.181.255)
  3. 136.143.182.0/23 (136.143.182.0 to 136.143.183.255)
  4. 136.143.185.0/24 (136.143.185.0 to 136.143.185.255)
  5. 204.141.32.0/23 (204.141.32.0 to 204.141.33.255)
  6. 136.143.160.0/19 (136.143.160.0 to 136.143.191.255)

Our portal will be accessible, and we do not anticipate any major disruptions in using Site24x7's US service during this period. Please check the service status here.
