As part of the regular maintenance at our India data center, we'll be switching operations from our primary data center in Mumbai to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Chennai on Dec. 14, 2025 from 10am–12pm IST (4:30am–6.30am UTC/GMT). We'll switch back to our primary data center in Mumbai on Dec. 21, 2025 from 10am–12pm IST (4:30am–6.30am UTC/GMT).
We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all Site24x7 services during this maintenance period. Once maintenance is complete, we will post an update here. In case you experience any issues, please email us at support@site24x7.in.
To ensure uninterrupted monitoring, please add the following IP ranges to your firewall policy allowlist:
- 103.122.78.0/24 (103.122.78.0 to 103.122.78.255)
- 103.103.199.0/24 (103.103.199.0 to 103.103.199.255)
- 169.148.148.0/23 (169.148.148.0 to 169.148.149.255)
- 169.148.146.0/23 (169.148.146.0 to 169.148.147.255)
Our portal will be accessible, and we do not anticipate any major disruptions in using Site24x7's India service during this period. Please check the service status here.
