[Service Update] Planned maintenance of our Canada data center for 2025 

Dear customers,

As part of the regular maintenance at our Canada data center, we will be switching our apps from our primary data center in Toronto to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Montreal on September 21, 2025 from 12:00am to 2:30am EST (4:00pm to 6:30pm UTC/GMT). We'll switch back to our primary data center in Tokyo on September 28, 2025 from 12:00am to 2:30am EST (4:00pm to 6:30pm UTC/GMT).

We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all the Site24x7 services during this maintenance period. We will post an update here once the maintenance is complete. In case you experience any issues, please feel free to email us at support@site24x7.com.

Ensure uninterrupted monitoring by allow listing the following IP addresses in your firewall policy:

● 199.67.86.0/24 (199.67.86.1 to 199.67.86.254)
● 199.67.69.0/24 (199.67.69.1 to 199.67.69.254)
● 199.67.85.0/24 (199.67.85.1 to 199.67.85.254)

Our portal, https://www.site24x7.ca/ will be accessible, and we do not anticipate any major disruptions in using Site24x7's CA service during this period. Please check the service status here.
