As part of regular maintenance at our Australia data center, we will be switching our apps from our primary data center in Sydney to our secondary (disaster recovery) data center in Melbourne 10 December, 2023 from 8:30pm to 11:30pm AEDT. We'll switch back to our primary data center in Sydney on 17 December, 2023 from 8:30pm to 11:30pm AEDT.
We do not expect any major interruption, and you should be able to continue using all the Site24x7 services during this maintenance period as it is planned during non-business hours. We will update if there are any outages. In case you do experience any issues, please feel free to email us at support@site24x7.com.
Ensure uninterrupted monitoring by whitelisting the following IP addresses in your firewall policy:
- 103.91.166.0/24
- 165.173.191.0/24
- 101.97.36.0/24
- 103.138.128.0/23
https://site24x7.net.au will be accessible, and we do not anticipate any major disruptions in using Site24x7's AU service during this period. Please check the service status here.
