We're excited to announce that Zia, Site24x7's AI-powered assistant, got smarter with additional support for LLM integration.
With this new capability, Zia can provide contextual insights to help you make faster, more informed decisions across your monitoring environment.
You can easily integrate OpenAI into Site24x7 using one of the following flexible options:
- Bring your own key (BYOK): Use your own OpenAI API keys.
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI: Leverage your Azure subscription to integrate LLMs using your Azure resource URL and API key.
What you get:
- AI-generated responses tailored to your incidents and metrics.
- Seamless integration of Zia within the Site24x7 web client based on your preferred LLM option.
- The flexibility to choose and switch between different AI vendors.
How to integrate
To configure the Zia integration, go to Admin > Third-Party Integrations > AI Integrations and select the preferred method.
