to add and remove multiple users from monitors groups in site24x7.com and site24x7.eu, it's a lot of manual work/time
It's there a way to do this for multiple users at the time not one by one ?
Please provide us with a solution....

Hi Alexandru,
We do not have the option currently to modify multiple users from bulk action for monitor groups.
However, if you need to associate multiple users to a Monitor group, then you may use User Alert Group and map them to the monitor groups as per your requirement. Please follow the steps.
You can create a user alert group via Admin → User & Alert Management → User Alert Groups-> Add Group
Add multiple users to it, and then assign that group to one or more monitor groups under edit monitor group's "Alert Settings" section (Admin →Inventory→ Monitor Groups, Select the monitor group). You may create a User alert group in this section too.
This way, you can manage members within the user group.
