Today, APMInsight tab is the dashboard for APMInsight monitors where you get an overview for the list of monitors, their apdex score, avg response time and throughput.

Adding it as an option in Operations Dashboard, is a nice to have feature. We will add it to our features list and keep you posted once it is done.

Another thing to add to the features list is to be able to turn off the dialog box at bottom of the APMInsight page.  If I have it up on my large monitors in my NOC, everyone can see our "secret" license key and the video that is always on the screen.
