Sometimes we need to perform one-off restarts of servers and do not think to pause the server monitor on the site. Can an option be added to the agent to enable a maintenance mode or monitoring pause? This would keep monitors from alerting when needing a quick reboot.

Would you like to have an option in Site24x7 web client to restart the server with configuration of maintenance (5 min, 10 mins, 15 mins )
This action will perform the restart of a server and the monitor will be marked as Maintenance.
Please provide us with some suggestions; this would help us implement the feature to your needs.

That would be nice to have that option on the site. I also like the local agent option for admins that are logged-on working on a server.
