As of now, we don't provide an exclusive device template to monitor servers. But you can use our Custom SNMP monitoring to add it as a custom device and monitor your Windows server. Do refer to this help documentation and our support team will guide you further.

We've been working on supporting monitoring for servers via SNMP and this is now available in closed beta. This link will help you in getting started with adding your servers for monitoring and you'll find the metrics listed here. Hope this helps.
