Hi Team,
We setup an alerts of monitor on site24*7.
We are getting JIRA ticket when monitor goes down.
But also we are getting up alerts on JIRA when it comes up.
So we don't want that up alerts ticket on jira. Only need down alert tickets.
How we can change configuration setting for that monitors?

Dear Shweta,
When the monitor is down an alert is triggered and a ticket is created for it. When the monitor is up again we close that ticket. This is the general behavior.
From what I under from your comment is that you are getting a new ticket in Jira for up alert... Is this the case? Can you confirm?
