I'd like it everywhere!  Right now it's a mix.  If I go to put in a maintenance window it's in 24 hour format.  If I click into a monitor and I look at a timeline it's in 12 hour.  The graphs are in 24 hour on the same page.  Scrolling down I see the down/trouble history record and it's in 12 hour.  If I go to Alert Logs it's in 12 hour format. 

A simple option to have the whole site in 24 hour and YYYY/MM/DD format (or whatever other choices are common) rather than the random mix we seem to have at the minute.

Thanks for clarifying Greg. We will work on bringing an option to change the clock format and to make it consistent in all the places.
